She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Dvorak and Rose Dvorak (Praska); her husband John; her son Paul; and her siblings, Herman, Joseph, Henrietta Swartz and Evelyn Myerchin.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Belisle (Steve), Kathie Johnke (Steve), John Kalal (Valerie), Tim Kalal (Jodie) and Jim Kalal (Shelly); and her sisters, Marie Ericson and Lucy Sobolik. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great- grandchildren.
