Shirley Zahradka Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Zahradka of Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Johnson; her husband William L. Zahradka; her son Dr. Buckly Zahradka; her grandson Nathan Zahradka; her mother Bernice Johnson Fenske (Disselbrett); and her siblings, Clariece Jore and Elvin Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Sandra Zahradka Mann (Bill) and William C. Zahradka (Shelly); her grandchildren, Nikki Zahradka-Bylin (Scott), Brittney Zahradka, Tessa Zahradka, Crosley Zahradka, Wyatt Zahradka, Hannah Hafner, Sarah Copenhaver (Easton), Broden Hafner (Amber), Dalton Hafner, Caitlin Dale and Taylor Mann; her great grandchildren, Jase Bylin, Kellen Zahradka, Graham Bylin and Emerson Copenhaver; and her sister Beverly Anton of Park River, ND.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Dr. Buck Zahradka Scholarship at UND, Kosobud Cemetery or Quale Church.
