He is survived by: his wife Susan Kyllander; his daughter Nicole Rivera; his grandchild Jadyn Rivera of Fertile, MN; his son Eric Mjelde (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kyllan, Lydia and Emmitt of Park Rapids, MN; and his brothers, Tom Mjelde (Pat) of Lancaster, MN, Joe Mjelde (Becky) of California and Jim Mjelde (Julie) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service with full military rites: 3:00 PM, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Erikson-Vik-Ganje Funeral Home, Fertile, MN, following all of the Minnesota and CDC COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. All must wear a mask to attend.
