It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Erdmann (Harvey, North Dakota), who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 108, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norma Erdmann to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, August Kaibel and Minnie Kaibel (Herter); her former husband Theodore Mertz of Goodrich, ND; her spouse Archie Erdmann; her children, Bonita Mertz (Al Binfet) of Mesa, AZ, Karen Konschak (Dennis) of Goodrich, ND, Gale Benner (Phillip) of Scottsdale, AZ and Terry Mertz (Nell) of Grand Forks, ND; her daughter-in-law Kathy Mertz of Bismarck; her siblings, Fred, August, Norman, Caroline Wagner, Minnie Kapfer, Freda Kapfer and Cora Kaibel; her sons, Orlan Mertz of Goodrich, Darryl Mertz of Goodrich, Gary James Mertz (Jimmy) of Goodrich and Timothy Mertz of Bismarck; her daughter-in-law Patty Mertz of Goodrich; and also Pauline. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren.
