We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2020, at the age of 89, Joan E. Winkler in Hatton, North Dakota, born in Lisbon, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hegle and Selma Hegle (Storhaug); her husband James "Jim" Winkler of Fargo, ND; her brothers, Lyle and Donald Hegle; her sister-in-law Dianna; and her nephews, John and James Hegle.
She is survived by: her daughter Debi; her niece Julie; her brothers, David Hegle of Lisbon, ND, Robert Hegle (Susan) of Lisbon, ND and Raymond Hegle of Menoken, ND; her sister-in-law Evelyn Hegle of Lisbon, ND; her daughters, Cheryl Severinson (Everett) of Reynolds, ND, Debra Hoff (Corey) of West Fargo, ND, Kathy Rust (Brian) of Walcott, ND and Alice Rhea of Napa, CA; her niece Julianne Hegle of West Lebanon, NH; her grandchildren, Gina, Jennifer, Kristen, Anna and Joel; and also Jim. She is also survived by one great granddaughter and seven great grandsons along with many nieces and nephews.
