He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Arbuckle and Emelia Arbuckle; his wife Jeanette Arbuckle; and his granddaughter Andrea Rose Arbuckle. He is survived by: his children, Jerome Arbuckle (Mary), Thomas Arbuckle (Barbara), Donald Arbuckle and Patti Arbuckle (Timothy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church, JRMC Hospice, or a . Celebration of his Life will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 7, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown, with Rev. Kristi Weber officiating.
