He is survived by : his mother Bessie Starr (Holen); his grandmother Hazel Stone; his significant other Ruth Halter of Killdeer; his stepsons, Jerry (Alicia) of Dickinson and Tim (Jess) of Mandan; his grandchildren, Olivia (Tyler Myran), Hunter (Brody Miller), Harper and Taya (Tatum Miller); his niece Nikkita Starr; his nephews, Tyler and Colton Starr; his uncle Wendell "Winky" Starr (Caroline); his aunts, Svea Lizor (Louis) and Coya Walker (Mickey); his sister-in-law Sandra Starr; his cousins, Beverly Lone Bear, Melissa "Stubby" Starr, Hank Starr, Kay, Cynthia, Kevin "Bucky", Cassondra and Angie Lincoln; and his godchildren, Colton Starr, Redsky Starr and Falon Howard.
