It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mavis Brandvik (Killdeer, North Dakota), who passed away at the age of 93, on March 4, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Carlson and Miriam Carlson (Sather); her husband Morris Brandvik; her siblings, Grant Carlson, Marian Rudeen, Lorene Odren and Shirley Plagge; and her son-in-law Walter Hovden.

She is survived by : her children, Sandra Hovden, Carla Schaible (Lynn), Ryan Brandvik and Bruce Brandvik (Vicky); her grandchildren, Sherry Hovden (Jeffrey Nelson), Jan Hovden, Matthew Schaible, Amy Schaible, Reed Brandvik (Amy), Eric Brandvik (Carri), Nicole Hill (Tory), Jordan Brandvik (Kalindi), Layne Brandvik (Betsy) and Shayla Candrian (Brodie); her great grandchildren, Lilly Brandvik, Annie, Margaret Brandvik, Brooklyn, Jacob Brandvik, Kennedy Hill, Connor, Caitlyn Devero, Charlie and Cooper Brandvik; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey Brandvik and Nancy Brandvik.

In lieu of flowers Mavis' family suggest memorials be made to Hill Top Heritage Foundation.
