He is survived by : his sons, Cary Johnson (Cindy) of Alexandria, MN, Walt Haugen and Rodney Stevens; his friend Ford; his children, Terry Johnson (Kathy) of Yukon, OK, Cathy Davidson (Kurt) of Yukon, OK, Connie Blythe and Lisa Burtis of Grand Prairie, TX; and his siblings, Ruth Nelson, Doris McMillan (Bob), Vicki Pogatshnik (Peter) and Gary Johnson (Shirley). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
