She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence J. Helmstetter and Mary Catherine Helmstetter (Cavanaugh); her husband John W. "Moon" Stotler; and her siblings, Virginia Padfield, E. Jane Mull, William J., Edward L., Joseph H., George F., Robert C. "Mike" and J. Thomas Helmstetter.
She is survived by : her sons, Wes and MSgt John W. Stotler, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
