He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley Cogar and Mabel Norman Cogar; his granddaughter Kimberly LaDean Smith; his wife LaDean Cogar; his children, James Dean Cogar (Petra), Kimberly Sue Smith (Jeral) and Janice Shantel Bowen (Wade); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Zachary, Eliza and Cheyanne. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren; and several siblings.
