He is survived by: his parent Pauline Willard; his wife Betty Horner Willard; his daughters, Tommie Butler (Ronald), Julie Tinsley (George), Susan Smitherman (Ben) and Cynthia Urquhart (Kris); his brother Robert A. Willard; his grandchildren, Brandy, Amber, Jennifer, Shawn, Thomas, David, Sarah, Riley and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Clifton, Madison, Shawna, Jason, Gage, Tristan and Coraline.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church.
