He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Pickell and Alice Pickell (Barnes); his siblings, Michael Pickell, Louis "Bill" Pickell, Richard Pickell and Alice Mae Thomason; and his granddaughter Treasure Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Stuart Pickell (Michelle), Nadine Schneider (Dave), Tim Pickell and David Pickell Jr.; and his brothers, John Evans Pickell (Beverly) and Steve Pickell. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
