He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Margaret White Bird; his son Benedict Sylvester Iron Thunder Jr.; his grandchildren, Sheldon Sauer, Shantel Iron Thunder, Ashlyn Iron Thunder and Chelsie Jo Iron Thunder; his great grandchildren, Keegan Lee Sauer, Kayson Liam Sauer, Kaislee Laura Sauer and Hayzen Elaine Iron Thunder; his siblings, Antoinette Good Low (Herb), Zetah Red Bear (David), Kathy Morrison (Gene), Linda Iron Thunder, Johnelle Archambault, Ted Iron Thunder Jr., Henrietta Hoisington, Kohrili Hoisington, Veronica Iron Thunder, Paul Hoisington and Bernard Hoisington; his uncle James High Cat; his father Theodore Iron Thunder; his stepfather Calvin Hoisington; his great grandchild Able James Silbernagel; his siblings, Rose Hoisington, Lorraine Iron Thunder and Myron Iron Thunder; his niece Germaine Kaseman (Morrison) of Tawhneejo Sitting; his pet Maria Yellow Earrings; and his nephews, Dominique Archambault and Junior Hoisngton. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles and friends.
