He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Kayla Doll (Alex), Isaac Doll, Aiden Doll, Ashley Zook, Benjaman Zook and James Zook; his brother Joe of Ken; his brothers-in-law, Mark, Kevin (Nancy), Jessica (Barry), Domnick, Kenny, Robert, Josh, Chelsey, Dennis (Annie), Seth, Braden and Kade; and also, Alicia Zook and Kaplyn Gorney. He is also survived by many cousins and great friends.
