It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darlene Porsborg (Mandan, North Dakota), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Schwinkendorf and Hilda Schwinkendorf; her husband Kenneth Porsborg; and her brothers, Myron Schwinkendorf and Ronald Schwinkendorf.

She is survived by: her children, Patti Maher of Fargo, Debra Porsborg of Mandan, Diana Nelson (Jess) of Mandan and Scott Porsborg (Julie) of Mandan; her grandchildren, Angela Maher, Leah Wohlsdorf, Kent Schlosser (Rebecca Harbage), Helena, Gina Wohlsdorf, Denver, Kara Knodle (Brent) and Minneapolis; her great grandchildren, Owen Wald, Jack, Mikah Knodle and Minneapolis; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Schwinkendorf of Scottsdale, Helen Tracy of Bismarck and Marilyn Litt (Gary) of Fargo.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be provided to P.E.O. Chapter AK (Mandan), to support the Program for Continuing Education for Women Fund.
