He is survived by: his brother Joe; his wife Mary Kalvoda (Fried); his children, Francie Koppy (Steve), Rick Kalvoda (Katie), Susan Janzer (Troy), Carrie Dolan (Mark), Dave Kalvoda (Stacey), Mark Kalvoda (Melanie), Ken Kalvoda (Tammy), Ron Kalvoda (Angie), Melissa Frieze (Jason), Jason Kalvoda (Stacey) and Justin Kalvoda (Jen); and his siblings, Frances Lauzer, Lillian Kruzela (Karl) and Henry Kalvoda (Josie). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces.
