He is survived by: his significant other Edna Schmidt; his children, Sherri Peiler (Brett), Bud Kottsick (Cindy) and Mark Kottsick (Roberta); his grandchildren, Chelsie, Evan, Carly, Dakota and Darrick; his siblings, Marlene Pulkrabek (Jack), Josephine Kalvoda (Henry), Chuck Kottsick (MJ), Kathy Brown (Steve), Jim Kottsick and Dave Kottsick (Kathy); and also, Richard Schmidt (Cindy), Gary Schmidt, Delores Ternes and Cheryllyn Schmidt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
