He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn M. Buchta; his children, Dawn (Richard), Pamela Buley (Timothy), Peggy Ressler (Randy) and Frank Jr. (Norman); and his siblings, Leoda Cole of Mora, MN and Donald Haupt of Algona, WA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren.
