He was predeceased by: his son Spencer Evanenko; his father Robert "Bob" Evanenko; and his grandparents, Phillip Evanenko, Ruby Evanenko, Jerald Middaugh and Delores Middaugh.

He is survived by: his son Slade Schatz; his mother Charlene Evanenko; and his siblings, Jason Evanenko, Justin Evanenko, Jennifer Palahniuk (Donaven), Jessica Evanenko and Jaylene Vliet (Jordan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
