He is survived by: his children, Deb Braun (Joe), Kathy Kottsick (Davy), Lorie Pletan (Dwight), Sharon Malm (Mark), Joan Dietz (Jeff), Joe Kalvoda (Laura) and Julie Crispell (Joseph); his siblings, Emil Kalvoda (Mary), Frances Lauzer, Lillian Kruzela (Karl) and Henry Kalvoda (Josie); and his sister-in-law Dolores Knoll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
