She was predeceased by: her husband Sherman; her sister Florence Rose; her brothers-in-law, Vernon Nesheim and Jack Clark; and her nephew Dean Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Kurt (Cheryl), Kaye Effertz Mandan (Dale) and Mark Bismarck (Heidi); her grandchildren, Ross Effertz, Sherman, Truman, Henry and Willamina Bismarck (Mina); her brother Melvin Wegner (Barbra); her siblings-in-law, Corine Nesheim and Edwin; and her sibling's children, Daniel, Jason Clark, Penny Zola (Wegner), Barry and Paige Wegner.
She gave to many organizations that were dear to her heart including to the NDSU Scholarship Foundation, the American Legion, community groups, and her churches at Norway/McVille/Mandan First Lutheran.
