She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wegley and Verda Wegley (Amsbaugh); her husband Gerald Lechler; her siblings, Steve Wegley and Charlotte Heddrick; and her brother-in-law Weldon Heddrick.
She is survived by: her children, Patty, Red Hats and Pam Mastel (Dean); her grandchildren, Becky, Katie Mastel, Patty Steffes (Duane), Matthew, Kayla, Eric and Mia Steffes; her son Paul Lechler (Janell Dschaak); her grandchildren, Landon, Lateasha Lechler, Jase, Trey and Cade Dschaak; and her siblings, Madeline Austby (Gene), Karen Wegley (Warren Dietrich), Gene Wegley, Myron Wegley (Cheryl), Mike Wegley (Mary) and Keith Wegley. She is also survived by her kids and grandkids.
Mom struggled with Alzheimer's later in her life but even when she lost her ability to speak, she communicated the love she had for her kids and grandkids with her smiles, kisses, and the twinkle in her eye.
