He was predeceased by : his parents, Iva Perry and Ellenbaune; his wife Patti; and his siblings, Lyle, Jimmy, Bernice Bruce, Dorothy Bummer and Pat Oldstykke.
He is survived by : his former life partner Patricia Childers; his sisters, Joyce Summers (AZ) and Betty Ure (MT); and his daughters, Hailey Dschaak (Wally) and Heidi Perry. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; dozens of nieces and nephews, and numerous "adopted" family members.
