She was predeceased by : her parents, Axel Johnson and Mathilda Johnson (Anderson); her husband Erwin Hauf; her granddaughter Stacy Roberts; and her siblings, Hannah Hanson, Florence Smith, Helen Darling, Vivian Hagen, Clarence, Francis, John and William Johnson.

She is survived by : her children, Timothy Hauf of Kingston, WA, Thomas Hauf (Mary) of Max, ND, David Hauf (Dawn), South and Melinda Thorson of Bottineau, ND; her grandchildren, Ryan Hauf (Genevieve), Anthony Hauf (Heidi), Lisa Lemer (Jerad), Adam Hauf, Chad Hauf (April) and Kyle Thorson; her great grandchildren, Seth Kostenko, Madyson Kostenko, Carter Lemer, Miranda Walsh, Megan Lawrence (Michael), Natasha Roberts, Braydon Hauf, Khalisi Hauf, Liam Hauf, Ira and Eva Hauf; and her great great grandchildren, Liberty and Emilia Lawrence. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
