She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Johnson and Pearl Johnson (Tharaldson); her husband Miles H. Burthold; her children, Peggy Olson and Scott Burthold; her grandson Shane Burthold; and her great grandchild Kaleah St. Andre.
She is survived by : her sons, Ron (Margo) of Pekin and Dennis of Fargo; her grandchildren, Darci Peters (Chris) of Minot, Malia St (John Gines), Pete Burthold (Rhonda) of Grand Forks, Annie Burthold of Fargo, Jesse Olson of Valley City, Eric Olson (Amanda Perks) of Forrest Park, OK and Cash Burthold (Leanne) of Camilla, GA; and her son-in-law Dwight Olson of Litchville, ND. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; two great-great grandsons; and several nieces & nephews.
