She was predeceased by: her stepfather Master Sergeant Russell Fairbanks, Jr.; and her grandparents, Alice Burgard, Joseph, Deborah Bruder (Pixler) and Dorothy Johnson.
She is survived by: her parents, Dale Burgard of Rugby, ND and Jaime Fairbanks (Eric Peterson) of Garrison, ND; her brother Brandon Johnson; her nephew Nathan; her stepfather Todd Johnson of Minot, ND; and her grandfather Leo Burgard of Minot, ND.
Amanda's generosity continued even after her own time on earth was through in the beautiful gift of life she provided to others through organ donation of her heart and kidneys.
