He is survived by: his siblings, Audie Welsh (Dori) of Pinedale, WY, Kerrie Welsh of Denver, CO, Roger Welsh (Michelle), Debbie Blais (Jim) of Denver, CO, Kim Welsh of Beaufort, NC and Dawn Romfo (Christopher) of Lake Metigoshe, ND; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
