He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hagen and Cora Hagen (Havnen); his siblings, Richard, Audrey, Rosemarie and Joanne; and his pets, Penny, Peppy, Lady, Molly and Patches.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Mack; his children, Gary (Mary) of Englewood, CO, Mark of Denver, CO and Barbara Carroll (Mike) of Huntersville, NC.; his granddaughters, Heather Carroll (Jonathan Holloway) of Raleigh, NC and Rachel Outlaw (Jonathan) of Denver, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Emma Grace and Mila Bryn of Denver, NC.
