With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Weltzin of Minot, North Dakota, born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 28, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Adolf and Maxine Weltzin (Newman); his sister Carla Sue; his grandson Matthew Anderson; and his grandson-in-law Allan D. Olson.

He is survived by: his sister Rose Marie Paris; and his child Jo-Nell Lynn Clayton (Andy Anderson). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his sister, nieces, nephews and many other family members.
