He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Herr and Emma Marie Herr (Kuckert); and his son Dean Herr. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Driessen; his children, Lonnie Herr of Surrey, ND and Kimberly Landphere of Surrey, ND; and his siblings, Delwayne Herr of Minot, ND and Clarice Eslinger of Garrison, ND. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Celebrating the Life of Elroy: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, A Private Family Funeral by invitation will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at 11:00 am at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
