With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklyn Ostlund of Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on November 3, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ostlund and Ruth Ostlund (Nelson); and his siblings, Francis Jr., Sandy Ostlund, Ruth Ostlund and Eunice Nelson.
He is survived by: his spouse Avis; his children, Stephen Ostlund (Debra) of Wilmar, MN, David Ostlund (Cheri) and Joan Hance (David); his grandchildren, Rachel, Aaron, Jessica, Danielle, Nathan and Tristan; and his siblings, Genevieve Johnson of Motley, MN and Vernon Ostlund (Helen).
Celebration of Life Service: Due to COVID-19, a private family service will be held Friday, Nov. 20, 2020 at 11 a. m. at Trinity Evangelical Free Church, Minot.
