He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Louser and Rosina Louser (Friese); his brothers, Larry Louser (Diane) and Bob Louser (Anna); his nieces and nephews, Steve Freier, Penny Lilly (Steve), Julie Freier Landis (Tate), Angela Louser, Scott Louser (Alexa), Stacy Louser Schaeffer (Eric), Brian Louser (Jenny) and Brent Louser (Laura); his wife Jean; his sister Gwen Freier; his brother-in-law Clancy Freier; his nephew Mike Freier; his mother-in-law Isabell Swink; and his brother-in-law Howard Davis. He was also cherished by several great-nieces and great-nephews; sister-in-law.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are preferred to Trinity Hospice or ND Veterans Cemetery in Mandan.
