George Hanson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Hanson in Minot, North Dakota, born in Harvey, North Dakota, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Hanson and Martha Hanson (Hauge); his wife Arlene Thiel; and his sister Delores Bretheim. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Baisch (Merle) and Rick Hanson (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Suzanne Kenner (Jason), Sommer Kennedy, Craig Hanson (Melissa), Blake Hanson (Alyssa) and Jennifer Boehm (Nick); his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Brynleigh, Kaden Kennedy, Kendall Kenner, Kaitlyn, Kendall Hanson, Brooks Hanson and Steele Boehm; and his brother-in-law Melvin Thiel (Betty) of Rugby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in George's memory to the ND Veterans Cemetery or to an organization of the donor's choice.
