He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Koetter and Genevieve Koetter (Middendorf). He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Renier; his children, Rodney Koetter (Diane), Jolie Erber (Rod) and Daniel Koetter; and his siblings, James Koetter of Lansford, ND, Elizabeth "Betty" Barniville, Carolyn Geigle, Everett and Donald Koetter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
