He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weiskopf and Clara Weiskopf (Schneider); and his siblings, Eleanor Weiskopf, Arla Knauff and Charles 'Buzz Weiskopf.

He is survived by: his former wife Judith Johnson; his wife Judy; his children, Dana Weiskopf (Aaron Kirkeby), Kennedy and Bryan Weiskopf; and his sister Jean Thorpe (Elwood) of Minot, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
