With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Fursteneau of Minot, North Dakota, born in Garrison, North Dakota, who passed away on August 2, 2020 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joanne Fursteneau to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Ziegler and Helga Ziegler (Fjeldahl); her husband Hugo Fursteneau; and her daughter Debbora Allen. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Fursteneau and Darla Roder (Eric) of Langdon, ND; her grandchildren, Christopher, Nathan, Jessica and Blake; and her siblings, Joyce Grove of Cloquet, MN, Clarice Polzin, Spring, Ruby Graff (George), Morris and Sharon Brentrup. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service: Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a Private Family service held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 in the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
Memorials are preferred to CCMH Foundation in Langdon, ND.
