It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Richard Schan of Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schan and Theresa Schan (Lauinger); his sisters, Eva Miller and Marlene Mosser; his siblings-in-law, Andy Miller, June Schan and Patsy Schan; and his brother Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Fahnlander, Joe and Cleaners; his close friend Karen Leier; his siblings, Sebastian "Skip" Schan, Rancho Cucamonga and Mary Streifel; his brother-in-law David Mosser; and his grandson Eddie Fry of Minot. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private family service will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 am at Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
