Block and Delores Block (Weber); his wife Renee Meyer; his son Jesse Block (April); his grandchildren, Keigan and Kambryn; his daughter Beth Block; his brothers, Mark Block (Cindy), Steven Block (Nancy) and Duane Block; his fathers-in-law, Ronald Meyer (Linda), Randy Meyer (Nancy) and Larry Meyer (Penny Johnson); his aunts and uncles, Darrel Block (Sandra), Del Weber (Debbie), Diane Kay and Darlene Hendershot (Richard); his close friends, Travis Hedberg (Leah) and Troy Hedberg (Stacy); his grandparents, Ed, Hazel Weber, Alton, Blanche Block and Lillian Block; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Elizabeth Meyer; and his cousin Rick Hendershot. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Kent's honor to the Carpio Ambulance, Mouse River Look Pheasants, American Heart Association, or an organization of donor's choice.
