He is survived by: his wife Lenore Hines; his children, Katherine Kopp (Ray), Kari Shea (Ed), Kim Danner and Barry Scheresky Des (Ruth); his grandchildren, Dr. Ann Olson (Wyatt), Amanda Kopp, James Danner, Kara, Jacob and David Scheresky; his great grandchildren, Lane, Westin and Oliver Olson of Des Lacs; his siblings, Dennis, Diane, Violet and Evelyn; his sister-in-law Gertrude; and his uncle Ivan Dassenko.
