He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pitner; his children, Michael Pitner and Sheree Dyke (Nathan) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Ellie Howton (Jacob), Livia, Joshua, Benjamin and Maria Dyke; and his siblings, Joseph Pitner, John Pitner (Irene), Gladys Kraft and Joan Lund. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
