He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo D. Hennessy and Josephine Hennessy (Harmon); his wife Darlene Alexander; his siblings, Harley Hennessy (Susan) and Duane Hennessy (Mary); and his fathers-in-law, Virgil Evenson, Warren Olson and Gordon Eggert.
He is survived by: his sons, Leo Hennessy (Leslie Tengelsen) and Delwyn Hennessy (Monica) of Grand Rapids, MN; his granddaughters, Jenny Hennessy of Seattle, WA and Kristen Hennessy; and his siblings, Marion Evenson of Minot, Lois Olson of Chandler, AZ, Joyce Eggert of Minot and Tom Hennessy (Susan) of Bellingham, WA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
