She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Pieterick and Laura Pieterick (Kriz); her husband Roger; her brothers, Lloyd (Babs) and William "Bill" Pieterick (Bonnie); her son-in-law David Ballantyne; and her siblings-in-law, Harvey Lock, Donald Lock, Jerry Murray (Cliff) and Marion Kulzer (Norbert).
She is survived by: her children, Tom Lock (Laura) of Minot, Robert Lock (Gina) of Minot, Paul Lock (Melanie Bakke) of Minot, Judy Brandt (Les) of West Fargo, ND, Diane Ballew (Mark), Donna Grosz (Wade), Mary Ballantyne and Lori Lock (Mike Hackett). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebrating the Life of Lorraine: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, A Private Family Mass of Christian Burial will be held: Monday, November 30, 2020, at 10:30 am at St. Leo the Great Roman Catholic Church in Minot, ND. The family encourages those attending to wear masks and social distance.
