It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Harwood of Minot, North Dakota, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Louise Phillips; her foster mother Ida Richardson; her husband Edgar Harwood; her brothers, Joe Hall and Carl Ragnoli; and her niece Jacque Harris.
She is survived by: her father Frank Hall; her stepmother Sylvia Hall; her children, Donna Riley (Michael), Monty (Jess) and Nathaniel Harwood (Kristin); her siblings, Irene Harris (Noble), Angelo Ragnoli (Brenda), Jennifer Hall, Tracy Boehme (Eric), Dana Bennett (Tim), James Hall (Stacey), Mike Phillips (Tammy), Danny Phillips and Kay Magness (Shirley); and her grandchildren, Drake Riley, Lane Harwood, Austin Riley (Shaylee Miller), Ely Harwood, Landen Harwood, Macaylah Harwood, Joseph Harwood, Levi Harwood, Tyler Houser and Sam Lillis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
