He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Fimreite and Leona Fimreite (Larson); his nieces and nephews, Kathy Younker, Karla McDonald, Kristi Kupser, Konnie Hardy, Carrie Sessing, Kevin Jorgensen, Lisa Jorgensen, Richie Buettner, Mike Buettner and LeAnn Buettner Norman; and his siblings, LaVerne and Jackie Buettner.

He is survived by: his siblings, Metal, Judy Jorgensen of Minot and Sheron Kupser of Minot.
