He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred D. Silva and Evelyn Silva (Hernandez); his stepfather Dale; and his sisters, Freda and Alta.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Leyba; his sons, Antonio Silva (Stephanie), Ole R. Silva Jr., Fernando Silva (Christina) and Thirteen; his sister Elizabeth Smith (Chris); and his daughter-in-law Samantha Silva. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren: Two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the cancer organization of donors choice.
