He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Anderson and Luella Anderson (Hinsperger); his stepfather Hardie Garness; his brother LeRoy; and his parents-in-law, John, Edna Lee (Ofsthun), Robert Lee and Joyce Lee.

He is survived by: his wife Cora Lee; his children, Becky Breitkreutz (Todd) of Minot, David Anderson (Barb) of Minot and Mike Anderson (Leslie Varty) of Minot; his grandchildren, Dustin Breitkreutz (Kelsie), Brooke Selk (Ryan) and Courtney Mackey (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Nolan, Hannah and Hudson; his brother Raymond Anderson (Gloria) of Roseville, CA; his sister-in-law Billie Anderson of Racine, WI; and his mothers-in-law, Lois Markle, Joan Heuer, Carol Lee and Patricia Gauthier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials are preferred to the Souris Valley Animal Shelter or ND Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
