She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent Belgarde; her former husband Richard Kramer; her son Jeffrey Kramer; her sister Rhonda Geyer; and her nephew Erik Swensrud.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristen Belgarde of Minot; her foster sons, Luke Wallace and Brandon Hanson; her children, Deborah Berg (Richard) of Andover, MN, Jerry Kramer of Fridley, MN, Richard Kramer of Saratoga, CA, Brandon Belgarde of Minot and Luke Wallace of Chester Springs, PA; her grandchildren, Allison Kramer, Emily Kramer, Avayah Myhre and Arianna Mauldin; her siblings, Orlan Swensrud (Debra) of Minot, Betty Larson of Minot, Donald Swensrud (Galen) of Minneapolis and Roger Swensrud (Debra) of Pittsburgh; and her stepchildren, Michael Nelson, Corey Nelson and Tabatha Nelson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Face coverings are required and social distancing is strongly encouraged.
Memorials are preferred to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, NEXUS-PATH Family Healing or the Norwich Lutheran Church.
