It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Bernice Richter of Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Robert J. Richter; her daughters, Laurie Richter and Kristi Schepp (Ryan); her grandchildren, Brody Schepp and Mallory Schepp; her sisters, Joyce Miller (Paul), Judith Westman (Frank), Donna Oliver (Gary) and Susan Zimbleman (Lyle); her close friend Ruthie Rexine; and also Marlene Chell. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
