He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Stadick and Betty Jane Stadick (McKinney); his former spouse Shelly Boehmer; his wife Val Tykeson Nies; his children, Betsy Stadick (Peter Cossette) of Fargo, Kelly Beck of Minot and Daniel Stadick (Lindsey) of Minot; his stepchildren, Jessi Nies of Minot, Jason Nies of Minot and Brian Nies (Jessica) of Greeley, CO; his grandchildren, Myah Beck, Corinne, Grant, Reid Cossette, Emma, Lila, Ryan Nies, Tucker Martens and Lola Nies; and his siblings, James Stadick (Rosa) of Little River, SC, Michael Stadick (Pauline) of Sheridan, WY, Kathy Hohmann of Grand Forks and Jane Nygaard (Blanchard) of Minot.
